Welcome to Mesh, operated by United States Finances LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Mesh is a unique dating app designed to help you discover mutual interests with people you already know. By verifying your phone number and accessing or using the Mesh app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App. The App may also be referred to as "Mesh Dating."
By verifying your phone number and using Mesh, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements and guidelines. You must be at least 18 years old and own the phone number being used to register. Using someone else’s phone number without permission will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
You must be 18 years or older to use this App. You must own the phone number you use to register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Your account is based on your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with others, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You must use the App responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of any features, such as sending unsolicited messages or attempting to circumvent security measures, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and regulatory requirements.
Mesh maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, violence, nudity, explicit content, and discriminatory behavior.
Mesh reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in or promote objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Users have the ability to report objectionable content or block other users within the app. When a report is made, Mesh will review and take appropriate action within 24 hours. Blocking a user will prevent further interactions and remove any existing connections (meshes) between the blocking user and the blocked user.
By submitting any content (e.g., messages, photos) to Mesh, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of our services.
All content, code, designs, functionalities, and materials related to the App are the sole property of United States Finances LLC, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations.
You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of the App without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use or exploitation of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
You agree not to engage in any activities that infringe or misappropriate our intellectual property rights, including attempting to duplicate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create any software or service that competes with the App.
Payments for additional features or subscriptions are managed through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices and features are subject to change, and you are responsible for managing your subscription.
Before subscribing, users will be provided with clear information regarding the subscription's title, duration, price, and what features and content are included.
You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through the App Store for your device. Mesh does not have access to manage or cancel your subscriptions directly.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the App Store through which you made the purchase, in accordance with their refund policies. Mesh does not process refunds directly.
Violating any of these Terms can result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the service.
Termination of your account will block your phone number from sending and receiving feelers and prevent you from using the service entirely. Any remaining balances or subscriptions will not be refunded.
You may deactivate your account at any time through the App. Deactivation will remove your profile from view but will not terminate your account unless you explicitly request account termination.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will operate without interruption or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, United States Finances LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United States Finances LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number and effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
Your continued use of the App following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and United States Finances LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without your consent.
